Membership Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the T-Shirt Emporium DTF Membership Club! By purchasing a membership, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Membership Plans

T-Shirt Emporium offers two monthly DTF membership plans:

Starter Membership — $50 per month

Monthly membership fee: $50.00
Member pricing: $2.00 per eligible DTF transfer
Minimum order: 25 eligible transfers per order

Pro Membership — $75 per month

Monthly membership fee: $75.00
Member pricing: $1.75 per eligible DTF transfer
Minimum order: 25 eligible transfers per order

Membership fees provide access to discounted DTF transfer pricing. DTF transfers are not included in the monthly membership fee and must be purchased separately.

2. Monthly Billing and Automatic Renewal

Memberships are billed monthly using the payment method provided at enrollment.

Your membership automatically renews each month until canceled. By enrolling, you authorize T-Shirt Emporium to charge the applicable monthly membership fee on a recurring basis.

The membership fee is charged regardless of whether you place any DTF transfer orders during that billing period.

Applicable taxes, if any, will be disclosed at checkout.

3. Minimum Order Requirement

All membership orders require a minimum purchase of 25 eligible DTF transfers per order.

The minimum applies to every individual order, not to the entire month.
Members may combine different eligible designs to reach the 25-transfer minimum.
Orders containing fewer than 25 eligible transfers will not qualify for membership pricing.
Shirts, embroidery, UV DTF products, and other noneligible merchandise do not count toward the minimum.

4. Eligible DTF Transfers

Membership pricing applies to eligible DTF transfers measuring up to 11 inches, subject to product specifications and available printing capabilities.

Oversized transfers, specialty materials, artwork preparation, background removal, and other services may incur additional charges.

Members must submit high-quality, print-ready artwork that meets T-Shirt Emporium's file requirements.

5. Artwork Requirements

Customers are responsible for providing accurate, print-ready artwork.

PNG files with transparent backgrounds are preferred.
Artwork should be submitted at 300 DPI at the intended print size whenever possible.
Designs will be printed as submitted unless additional editing services are purchased.
Customers are responsible for checking spelling, dimensions, colors, and design placement before submitting an order.
Customers must own or have permission to reproduce any artwork they submit.

T-Shirt Emporium reserves the right to decline artwork that violates intellectual property rights or applicable laws.

6. Order Processing and Turnaround

Production begins after payment has been received and all required artwork has been approved or accepted for printing.

Estimated turnaround times may vary depending on order volume, equipment availability, and artwork requirements.

Turnaround estimates are not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed in writing.

Shipping and delivery times are separate from production times.

7. Shipping and Additional Charges

Membership fees do not include shipping.

Shipping charges, applicable taxes, oversized-print charges, and additional services are calculated separately and disclosed before the applicable order is completed.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

8. Membership Benefits and Restrictions

Membership pricing is available only to customers with an active, paid membership.

Memberships are intended for use by the purchasing customer or business and may not be shared, transferred, or resold.

Membership discounts cannot be combined with other promotions unless T-Shirt Emporium expressly permits it.

Membership fees do not accumulate as store credit, and unused membership benefits do not roll over to future months.

9. Cancellation

Members may cancel their subscription before the next scheduled renewal through the available customer account cancellation process or by contacting T-Shirt Emporium.

Cancellation stops future membership renewals.

Cancellation does not automatically cancel DTF transfer orders already placed.

Membership benefits remain available through the end of the paid billing period unless the membership is terminated earlier for a material violation of these terms.

10. Refund Policy

Membership fees are generally nonrefundable after a billing period begins, except where required by law.

Cancellation prevents future recurring charges but does not automatically entitle a member to a refund for the current billing period.

Custom DTF transfer orders are made to order. Refunds, replacements, or corrections will be handled according to T-Shirt Emporium's posted refund policy and applicable consumer protection laws.

If T-Shirt Emporium produces an incorrect or defective transfer, customers should contact the business promptly with their order number and supporting photographs.

11. Failed Payments

If a recurring membership payment fails, membership benefits may be temporarily suspended until payment is successfully processed.

Customers with inactive, expired, canceled, or suspended memberships are not eligible for discounted membership pricing.

12. Membership Pricing Changes

T-Shirt Emporium may update membership fees, transfer pricing, eligible products, and membership benefits.

Material changes affecting existing memberships will be communicated in advance as required by applicable law.

Any changes to recurring membership fees will be subject to applicable notice and consent requirements.

Customers who do not wish to continue under updated terms may cancel their memberships before the changes take effect.

13. Membership Termination

T-Shirt Emporium reserves the right to suspend or terminate memberships for fraudulent transactions, misuse of discounts, unauthorized sharing of membership benefits, repeated payment failures, or material violations of these terms.

Any refunds or remaining benefits following termination will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

14. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing a DTF Membership Club subscription, you acknowledge that:

You understand your selected membership costs $50 or $75 per month.
Your membership automatically renews until canceled.
Your monthly membership fee does not include DTF transfers.
DTF transfers must be purchased separately.
Every membership transfer order requires a minimum of 25 eligible transfers.
You agree to the membership pricing, billing, cancellation, and other terms described above.
