All sales are final. All purchases are non-refundable/ returnable.
IF YOU INCORRECTLY PRESS OUR TRANSFERS WITHOUT CONTACTING US NO REFUND/EXCHANGES WILL BE ISSUED. ANY CHANGEBACKS WILL CHALLENGE AND YOU WILL NEVER BE ABLE TO ORDER AGAIN.
IF you purchase from the TIKTOK SHOP and you request a refund; you MUST send the item back. The item CAN'T BE DAMAGED IN ANY WAY, SHAPE OR FORM. Once received, we will inspect the item and issued full refunds per TIKTOK guidelines. WE DO NOT COVER THE COST FOR RETURNING ANY ITEMS.
Canceling Orders
If you wish to cancel your order after you have place your order there will be 15% restock fee subtracted from your total and we will give you a store credit for the order. There will be no refund for order just store credit.
What should I do if I receive an incorrect, item or if the carrier has misplaced my package(s)?
If you receive the incorrect product, you must return them. They must be inspected before a store credit can be given. We do not issue refunds for damages done by USPS or UPS. For any missing or damage products by USPS or UPS must file a claim with the respective carrier. We issue NO refunds
Screen Print and DTF Transfers Refund Policy
This policy applies to all transfer types (ready to press/ custom)
In the event we failed to include all your items in your order we will issue a store credit for only the missing items. (We don't take returns for custom items) You have 1 days from confirmation of receipt to begin the refund process.
Shipping Carrier's Negligence- we are not responsible for lost/ stolen/misplaced or damaged packages due to the mishandling/negligence by the shipping carrier. Please start a claim with the carrier.
If you receive the wrong order, please email us immediately.
Please check your packages upon arrival. You have 1 days to report missing items. After that we aren’t responsible.
Before we forward your order to the carrier, we always ensure the quality of each product. However, there are many factors that might have resulted in your products to be damaged in the transit.
Returned Shipping Due to Incorrect Address
If your order is returned to T-Shirt Emporium for "insufficient address" or any other reason that is not the fault of T-Shirt Emporium, we will subtract a 15% restocking fee minus the shipping cost and route you will get a store credit of the remaining balance. If you wish for us to resend the package out, you will be responsible for shipping again.
If you purchase an item in which we cannot execute in a timely fashion (i.e. broken equipment), you will be refunded to the payment method, or a store credit will be issued
